Sugarcane Harvesting

Fresh sugarcane is hand-selected from certified organic farms at peak ripeness.

Washing & Cleaning

Harvested cane is thoroughly washed and cleaned to remove dirt and impurities before processing.

Juice Extraction

Cane is crushed within hours of harvest to extract the freshest, most nutrient-rich juice.

Filtration

Extracted juice is carefully filtered using natural methods to remove fibre and impurities — no chemicals.

Slow Cooking

Slow-boiled in traditional iron pans to preserve minerals and develop rich, natural flavour.
